Areti Douki comes from Kastoria and is a graduate of the Law Department of the School of Law, Economics and Political Sciences of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, where she continued her studies with postgraduate education in Commercial Law. She is an Attorney-at-Law in Thessaloniki, active in the field of Commercial and Administrative Law. Her postgraduate training in Business Law has been the basis for the effective handling of the lasting issues that concern businesses both at the level of e-Commerce and at the level of dealing with the state interventions. Additionally, she has a specialized experience in the field of public procurement, focusing on both the preventive and the judicial protection of the participants. At the same time, her continuous involvement in cases of tourism law has created a wide range of scientific and practical capacities, on the basis of which she provides advisory and judicial services to tourist and commercial enterprises, always in harmony with the case law of the Council of State and the Supreme Court. She has also handled a wide range of administrative and commercial law cases, and has the appropriate scientific and practical capacity to provide attentive legal services. She speaks English and German.
